MOM Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Auditing Services

AJA Registrars Pte Ltd is an approved MOM WSH auditing organisation and can conduct workplace safety and Health audits for most of the construction projects and any organisation. Majority of these audits are conducted arising out of the existing legal requirements.

External Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) Audit conducted based on ConSASS audit checklist (For contract sum of more than $30 million) 

Under Singapore Government, MOM requirement workplaces to appoint Workplace Safety and Health Auditors and work sites to be audited by approved WSH auditor within 2 months of workplace registration and subsequently once every 6 months. The Construction Safety Audit Scoring System (ConSASS) is an audit tool which provides an independent assessment of the safety and health management system at a worksite. It helps management to better allocate resources in order to improve the effectiveness in managing a worksite’s safety and health risks.

Internal Safety and Health Management System Review (Any worksite with a contract sum of less than $30 million)

Under MOM requirement, Workplaces to be conducted Internal Review of Safety and Health Management System within 2 months of workplace registration and subsequently once every 6 months.

Audit Services for WSH Performance Awards (WSHPA)/Safety and Health Award Recognition for Projects (SHARP)/ bizSAFE Level 3 Risk Assessment and bizSAFE Awards for SMEs

The Awards recognizes companies and individuals who have achieved great WSH performances. AJA is the Approved MOM Auditing Firm to provide auditing service to those companies interested in participates in the following awards:

  1. Workplace Safety & Health Performances Award (WSHPA)
  2. Safety & Health Award Recognition for Projects (SHARP)
  3. bizSAFE level 3 Risk Assessment and bizSAFE Awards for SMEs

Approved Auditing Organization for Application for Services of Approved Risk Consultant for MOM – Overtime Exemption Scheme

The Assessment will be performed using the following method:

  1. Confirmation that work activities undertaken during overtime exemption period are not among those listed in Annex A.
  2. Endorsement of Company’s Risk Assessment Report provided the report shows that all work activities that are to be undertaken during the overtime exemption period are of Low Risk.
